Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Events For Employees software-as-a-service platform, including all related websites, applications, APIs, features, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Python Panda Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

The Service is offered exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to organizations that create an account (each, a "Company Customer" or "Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

Events For Employees is a B2B SaaS platform designed to help companies manage and coordinate employee engagement around events.

The Service allows Company Customers to: - View and browse event listings sourced from third-party providers. - Enable employees to submit internal requests for event tickets. - Review, approve, or deny ticket requests at the Company’s discretion. - Facilitate internal social interaction through a private company feed. - Manage employee access, permissions, and content.

Disclaimer: The Company does not sell, issue, guarantee, or fulfill event tickets. All tickets are handled through third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Business Use Only

The Service is intended solely for use by legally formed businesses and organizations. Individuals may not register in their personal capacity.

2.2 Account Responsibility

The Company Customer is responsible for all activity occurring under its account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

3. User Roles and Permissions

3.1 Multi-Tenant Structure

Each Company Customer’s data is logically segregated and accessible only within that Company’s environment.

3.2 Company Administrators

Admins have elevated permissions to manage subscriptions, employees, and content moderation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, internal business purposes. You may not: - Violate any law or regulation. - Upload harmful, harassing, or obscene content. - Interfere with Service security or attempt to access other companies' data.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers. Access may be suspended for non-payment.

6. Storage Limits

Subscription plans include maximum storage limits for uploaded media. We reserve the right to enforce these limits or require upgrades if exceeded.

7. User-Generated Content

All user-generated content is owned by the Company Customer. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYTHON PANDA STUDIOS LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
